Role Purpose: Leads data-driven transformation initiatives to improve insights, reporting, and decision-making. Execution backbone of the ITO. Does 80% of the coordination, synthesis, and presentation work.
Key Responsibilities
- Own transformation roadmap, KPIs, and benefits realization
- Partner with global business, technology, and operations leaders
- Track milestones, risks, dependencies, and actions
- Run cadence meetings (weekly/monthly/quarterly)
- Ensure alignment across multiple workstreams
- Drive delivery discipline and escalation management
- Perform basic data analysis (status, trends, risks)
- Consolidate updates across programs into executive-ready decks
- Create and maintain PowerPoint decks for leadership forums
Key Skills And Experience
- 4 7 years of experience
- Background in PMO, consulting, GCC, or enterprise transformation
- Financial services exposure preferred (not mandatory)
- Excellent executive reporting and storytelling skills
- Stakeholder coordination across geographies
- Synthesis of inputs from multiple teams
- Structured thinking and follow-ups
- Strong process modeling and data analysis skills
- PowerPoint (storyboarding, executive slides)
- Excel (basic analysis, pivot tables)
