Advisory Senior - Transaction Advisory Services
Experience - 3-4 years
Location - Mumbai
Responsibilities:
- Conduct financial due diligence and Quality of Earnings reports for buy-side and sell-side transactions for PE, VC, family-owned businesses and corporate clients
- Analyze financial and operational results to prepare Quality of Earnings reports
- Prepare detailed financial analysis that will help our clients to evaluate acquisitions decisions and financing arrangements
- Evaluate financial information to identify issues/opportunities and recommend post-acquisition measures
- Work closely with clients, investment banks, PE investors, attorneys and other key stakeholders under the supervision of US-based project leads

- Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills
- Experience in working and communicating with mid-level accounting and/or deal related Professionals in the US
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to interact effectively with the client as well as internally
- Attention to detail, deadlines and working efficiently
- Able to apply critical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Flexibility in daily work schedule to be available for occasional client time-sensitive requests or deliverable
Mandatory skills:
- Chartered Accountant is a mandate
- 3+ years of post-qualification experience in transaction advisory services in a top-tier
- Must have experience of working with Global US Firms only.
- Strong technical accounting knowledge of US GAAP
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Exp in Financial Due Diligence, Quality of Earning Reports
