Senior Training Manager - Beauty Salon

Key Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end training and onboarding of salon professionals across the assigned cities.
• Ensure consistent delivery of technical and soft-skill training as per company standards.
• Coach, mentor and upskill city-level trainers to independently conduct high-quality training batches.
• Set and maintain training SOPs, monitor batch quality and conduct regular audits.
• Enable post-go-live handholding for salon professionals and address early-stage performance gaps.
• Work closely with trainers, professionals and business teams to resolve capability and quality-related challenges.
• Understand individual skill levels and learning needs to tailor coaching and training approaches.

Must-Have Skills & Experience

• 5+ years of experience in salon training delivery, including in-salon and virtual training.
• Experience in training and grooming trainers or mentors.
• Strong technical expertise in core salon services such as waxing, threading, facials, manicure & pedicure and basic hair services.
• Prior experience managing and developing a team of trainers.
• Strong people leadership, coaching and performance management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple cities, training batches and stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.
• Comfortable working with data, audits and performance metrics.
