Senior Trainer Talent Development

We are looking for a Senior Trainer Talent Development to join our team and lead initiatives focused on communication excellence, leadership development, and professional effectiveness.

Key Requirements:

7-10 years of experience in Learning & Development, Training, or Behavioral Facilitation

Strong experience in Voice & Accent Training, Communication Skills, and Behavioral Training

Experience delivering Leadership Development Programs for managers and emerging leaders

Excellent facilitation, coaching, and stakeholder management skills

Experience in designing and delivering engaging learning solutions

LMS exposure and instructional design experience will be an added advantage

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct communication assessments and evaluations

• Deliver Voice & Accent, Behavioral, and Leadership training programs

• Coach managers and emerging leaders

• Design and facilitate workshops on communication, emotional intelligence, stakeholder management, and workplace effectiveness

• Create training content, learning journeys, and LMS modules

• Measure learning effectiveness through assessments and analytics
