Domain/Business Unit: Autonomous Mobility
Reporting To: L&D Manager – Simulation/AV Projects
Location: (On-site / Hybrid)
Job Type: Full-time
Role Overview
The Senior Trainer will lead technical enablement across AV simulation workflows, scenario
creation, behavioral triage, and GenAI-assisted tools. This role requires a strong technical
background in autonomous vehicle systems along with a proven ability to facilitate mid- to
high-complexity learning interventions, support process design, and coach junior trainers.
Key Responsibilities
1. Technical Training Leadership
● Deliver in-depth sessions on simulation workflows, behavior modules (prediction,
planning, control).
● Facilitate training on YAML scripting for scenario generation and triage-based
disengagement tagging.
● Train learners on triaging LiDAR, video, and log data using AV testing tools.
2. Content Development & Iteration
● Design advanced training modules and technical labs aligned with project needs.
● Work closely with QA and simulation engineers to build case-based content and safety
validation flows.
● Continuously update content with the latest AV standards and tooling updates.
3. GenAI Integration
● Incorporate GenAI tools in training (e.g., AI log summarizers, auto-tagging models).
● Train learners on how to use GenAI for synthetic scenario generation, scenario QA, and
triage automation.
4. Evaluation & Coaching
● Develop scenario-based technical assessments and evaluation frameworks.
● Review learner performance trends and provide 1:1 coaching or remedial sessions.
● Mentor junior L&D staff and support curriculum deployment across AV pods.
