Senior Trading system engineer

Key Responsibilities

• Develop tools and systems to support trading activities: pricing enhancements for derivatives, execution algorithms, trading infrastructure, and product development.
• Lead and foster collaboration across cross-functional teams, including design, product management, traders, quants, and trade operations.
• Solve high-complexity technical problems affecting trading systems.
• Engage in innovative product development, such as correlation exotics and missing data volatility pricing.
• Set strategic direction for engineering practices and team structure, ensuring robust and scalable systems.
