Job Description
We are looking for an experienced
Senior Test Automation Engineer with strong expertise in
Tricentis Tosca to join our Quality Engineering team in Bengaluru. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in designing, developing, and maintaining
model-based automated test solutions for complex enterprise applications.
This role requires close collaboration with business analysts, developers, and QA stakeholders to ensure high-quality, scalable, and maintainable test automation solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and develop automated test cases using Tricentis Tosca (model-based automation)
- Perform application scanning and create reusable Tosca modules
- Build and maintain end-to-end functional and regression automation suites
- Implement data-driven and reusable test cases
- Execute automation suites and analyse results, defects, and reports
- Maintain automation assets with minimal maintenance effort
- Collaborate with manual testers, business analysts, and development teams
- Support CI/CD execution and release-based testing cycles
- Ensure test coverage aligns with functional and business requirements
Required Skills & Experience- 7–9 years of overall QA experience, with strong focus on Tosca automation
- Hands-on experience with:
- Tricentis Tosca (Modules, TestCases, ExecutionLists)
- Model-Based Test Automation
- Functional and Regression Testing
- Experience in enterprise application testing (Banking / Insurance / ERP preferred)
- Good understanding of:
- SDLC & STLC
- Defect lifecycle and test reporting
- Experience working in Agile / Scrum environments
- Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills
Education Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related discipline
Good to Have (Optional)
- Tosca certifications (AS1 / AS2)
- Experience with SAP, Salesforce, or large enterprise systems
- Exposure to CI/CD tools (Jenkins, Azure DevOps, etc.)
- API testing exposure using Tosca
