Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Therapy Manager, based in Rajkot. The Senior Therapy Manager will lead therapy programs, guiding patients and medical teams in therapy approaches. Responsibilities include planning and implementing therapy strategies, providing ongoing support to healthcare providers, analyzing therapy outcomes, and ensuring compliance with clinical regulations. The role will also involve fostering collaboration among stakeholders, facilitating patient care improvements, and maintaining updated knowledge of relevant medical advancements.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Clinical Therapy Management and hands-on experience in therapy program development and implementation
- Strong Analytical and Data Interpretation skills, with a focus on evaluating therapy outcomes and ensuring effective care delivery
- Knowledge of Medical Regulations and Guidelines applicable to therapy management in the healthcare sector
- Leadership and Team Management skills with the ability to collaborate with healthcare teams and other stakeholders effectively
- Strong Communication and Interpersonal skills to guide patients and provide training and support to medical professionals
- Proven ability to manage operational processes and ensure compliance with clinical and ethical standards
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Healthcare Management, Medicine, or a related field is required
- Previous experience in a similar role within the healthcare or pharmaceutical sector is advantageous
