We are seeking aSenior Test Managerwith strong expertise in manual web testing, automation testing, solid analytical thinking, and a high attention to detail, especially around UI quality and accessibility. Ideal candidate can efficiently define the whole testing process, identify defects as well as areas for improvement, communicate clearly with developers and stakeholders, and ensure high‑quality releases through structured test execution.

- Strong Analytical Skills
- Able to analyze complex issues, identify root causes, and propose actionable insights. Demonstrates strong troubleshooting skills to ensure comprehensive testing coverage.
- Effective Communication Skills
- Communicates clearly and professionally in both written and verbal form. Ensures effective collaboration with team members and stakeholders when discussing defects, test results, and testing strategies.
- Self‑Driven
- Takes ownership of tasks and proactively identifies risks, gaps, and improvement opportunities. Works independently while consistently delivering high quality outcomes.
- Execution & Defect Reporting
- Executes test cases thoroughly and accurately across assigned areas. Clearly documents and reports defects to support fast and effective resolution by development teams.
- Proficiency in Manual Web Testing
- Strong experience in manual testing of web applications, including daily use of browser developer tools for diagnostics and issue analysis. Able to thoroughly evaluate page behavior, UI, and functional workflows.
- Experience with Mock Data
- Comfortable using mock data to support testing scenarios and validate application behavior across different conditions. Able to configure and manage mocks as part of the testing process.
- Test Automation Skills
- Capable of designing, maintaining, and improving both manual and automated test cases. Able to contribute and enhance the existing automation framework in collaboration with the team.
- Knowledge of Testing Frameworks
- Working knowledge of Playwright is highly desirable, with additional familiarity in Cucumber (Java) and Selenium considered a plus. Able to navigate automated testing tools and understand their application in modern QA workflows.
