Job Profile: Servicenow Test Manager

Experience: 7 to 10 years

Location: Bangalore(candidates can apply if they are open for relocation)

Job Role:

The ServiceNow Tester will be responsible for validating functional, integration, and regression testing across ServiceNow modules to ensure highquality delivery aligned with business requirements. The role involves close collaboration with developers, business analysts, and product owners in an Agile delivery model.

Key Responsibilities:

- Write, review, and execute test cases to validate ServiceNow user stories against defined acceptance criteria.

- Perform functional, system, integration, regression, and UAT testing for ServiceNow applications.

- Prepare and maintain test plans, test scenarios, and test execution reports.

- Validate configurations related to forms, workflows, business rules, UI policies, ACLs, SLAs, and notifications.

- Support test environment setup and test data preparation.

- Execute prerelease and postdeployment validation before major/critical production releases.

- Track, log, and retest defects; work closely with developers until resolution.

- Participate in daily standups, sprint planning, retrospectives, and defect triage meetings.

- Ensure test artifacts are maintained in QA/complianceapproved tracking tools.

- Contribute to automation testing and execution of automated scripts where applicable.
