Role Overview
We are looking for a hands-on Test Lead who can own end-to-end product quality across multiple platforms.
This Is Not a Coordination Role — You Will
- Write test cases
- Execute tests
- Build automation
- Define QA processes
You will be responsible for ensuring zero-compromise product quality before every release.
Key Responsibilities
QA Ownership & Strategy
- Define and implement QA strategy, test plans, and processes
- Own quality across web + mobile + APIs
- Work closely with Product, Tech, and Business teams
Functional & Manual Testing
- Perform end-to-end testing of product workflows
- Cover edge cases, business scenarios, and integrations
- Execute regression, smoke, sanity, and UAT testing
Automation Testing
- Build and scale automation frameworks
- Write reusable test scripts for regression flows
- Improve automation coverage and release speed
Cross-Platform Testing
- Ensure compatibility across:
- Chrome, Firefox, Safari, Edge
- Mobile browsers & devices
- Validate UI/UX consistency and responsiveness
Defect Management
- Track and manage bugs using Jira (or similar tools)
- Perform Root Cause Analysis (RCA)
- Ensure timely closure with dev team
Release Quality & Governance
- Own release sign-offs
- Ensure adherence to SDLC & QA best practices
- Build and maintain QA metrics & reports
Performance & Usability
- Identify basic performance bottlenecks
- Ensure product stability under load (good to have)
- Validate overall user experience
