Job Description

6+ years of experience in a Quality engineering role.
3+ years of experience working with Salesforce (Services Cloud)
Basic knowledge of Salesforce Schema, Salesforce Cloud objects
Excellent understanding of Software Development Lifecycle and Agile methodology.
Strong knowledge of software testing methodologies, tools, and processes.
Solid experience in writing Test Case Design, Test Case Execution and Defect management.
Expertise in Negative scenario testing, Regression testing, Unit testing.
Familiarity with Agile/Scrum development processes.
Strong communication and collaboration skills.
Good to have experience with automated testing frameworks and scripting languages (e.g., Java, Selenium, TestNG, JavaScript).
