Experience: 5+ Years

To develop post silicon – Field application programs for Teradyne ATE Testers

Develop and execute large test programs

Update the customer test programs with new/enhanced features and validate

Should have strong communication to interact with customer

Support Alpha, beta testing and patch testing

Focused Area :

Better troubleshooting and problem resolving abilities & acquire real time expertise in handling ATE UFP testers

Uflex+ advanced digital test Mixed Signal and RF (Changing the flow based on failures or binning and revisiting the basic program)

UFP Handson Experience, C# (Or any other Programming Language)

Tool (OASIS ), Any Data Analysis Tool (Examinator )
