Senior Test Engineer

We are seeking a skilled Manual and Automation Tester to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have experience in both manual and automated testing of software applications and a strong understanding of testing methodologies and tools.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform manual testing of software applications to ensure quality and functionality.
• Design and implement automated test scripts for regression and functional testing using tools such as Selenium, QTP, or similar.
• Identify, record, and track bugs and issues in the software.
• Collaborate with developers and other team members to understand requirements and ensure quality.
• Review test cases and execute tests according to the project requirements.
• Ensure timely delivery of test results and reports.
• Participate in the creation of test plans, test cases, and test documentation.
• Conduct performance and stress testing as needed.
• Required Skills:
• Proven experience in manual testing and automation testing.
• Strong knowledge of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and testing methodologies.
• Experience with testing tools such as Selenium, JUnit, TestNG, etc.
• Familiarity with bug tracking and test management tools (e.g., Jira, HP ALM).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.

Desired Skills:

• Experience in performance testing using tools like LoadRunner or JMeter.
• Knowledge of scripting languages like Python, JavaScript, or similar.
• Experience with continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines.
