Job Description

Perform manual testing of software applications to ensure quality and functionality.
Design and implement automated test scripts for regression and functional testing using tools such as Selenium, QTP, or similar.
Identify, record, and track bugs and issues in the software.
Collaborate with developers and other team members to understand requirements and ensure quality.
Review test cases and execute tests according to the project requirements.
Ensure timely delivery of test results and reports.
Participate in the creation of test plans, test cases, and test documentation.
Conduct performance and stress testing as needed.

Required Skills:

Proven experience in manual testing and automation testing.
Strong knowledge of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and testing methodologies.
Experience with testing tools such as Selenium, JUnit, TestNG, etc.
Familiarity with bug tracking and test management tools (e.g., Jira, HP ALM).
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Good communication and teamwork skills.

Desired Skills:

Experience in performance testing using tools like LoadRunner or JMeter.
Knowledge of scripting languages like Python, JavaScript, or similar.
Experience with continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines.
