Senior Test Engineer

Location Name: Pune Corporate Office - Mantri

Job Purpose

The Senior Quality Analyst (GB04) will be responsible for ensuring the quality and successful delivery of business and technology initiatives through comprehensive UAT testing, test scenario preparation, defect management, automation support, stakeholder coordination, and vendor management. The role requires close collaboration with business users, development teams, vendors, and project stakeholders to ensure timely closure of QA activities and delivery of high-quality solutions

Duties And Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

•  Perform User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for new developments, enhancements, and production fixes.
•  Analyze business requirements and functional specifications to identify test coverage.
•  Execute test cases and validate system functionality against business requirements.
•  Conduct regression, functional, and end-to-end testing.
•  Ensure timely completion of testing activities within project timelines
•  Prepare detailed test scenarios, test cases, and test data based on business requirements.
•  Maintain testing documentation and evidence for audit and compliance purposes.
•  Track testing progress and provide regular status updates.
•  Interact with multiple stakeholders including Business Users, Development Teams, Product Owners, Project Managers, UAT Teams, and Support Teams
•  Coordinate with external vendors and partner teams for testing activities and issue resolution.

Required Qualifications And Experience

Bachelor's / master's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field and knowledge of QA activities.

•  Work Experience
  
  

5-7 years of experience in a QA role within a technology or IT organization.

Solid understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC), Agile, and Scrum practices.

Hands-on experience with QA deliverables

Strong organizational and time management skills with a detail-oriented mindset.
