Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented QA Engineer with 57 years of experience in software testing and quality assurance. The ideal candidate should possess strong expertise in API testing, test automation frameworks, SDLC processes, and Agile methodologies. Experience in supply chain domain projects will be an added advantage. The role requires close collaboration with development, business, and product teams to ensure high-quality software delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and execute test plans, test cases, and test scenarios for web applications and APIs.
- Perform API testing using tools such as Postman and Swagger.
- Validate system functionality, integrations, and business workflows across applications.
- Work with BDD frameworks such as Cucumber for automation and behavior-driven testing.
- Manage test cases, defects, and test execution using Zephyr or similar test management tools.
- Participate in all phases of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and Agile ceremonies.
- Identify, track, and report defects while ensuring timely resolution and retesting.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and ensure test coverage.
- Apply various software testing techniques including functional, integration, regression, and end-to-end testing.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives for QA processes and testing standards.
Required Skills
- Strong experience in API Testing using Postman and Swagger
- Good understanding of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)
- Hands-on experience with BDD Cucumber
- Experience using Zephyr or similar test management tools
- Strong knowledge of Software Testing methodologies and techniques
- Experience working in Agile development environments
- Good analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Strong communication and collaboration abilities

- Exposure to Supply Chain domain projects
- Basic understanding of automation testing frameworks and CI/CD processes
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
