We are seeking a Senior Test Engineer to work offshore for 6 months to support the T24 AML implementation. The role involves ensuring the
quality, compliance, and reliability of the T24 banking software and AML modules during the implementation phase
Responsibilities
Test Planning & Strategy
- Develop comprehensive test plans and strategies for FATCA implementation in T24.
- Define scope for functional, integration, and regression testing across T24 and channel
interfaces.
Test Design & Execution
- Prepare detailed test cases based on FATCA compliance requirements and interface specifications.
- Execute functional, integration, and end-to-end testing for T24 modules and connected channels.
- Validate data flows between T24 and external systems (e.g., Channels, reporting).
Defect Management
- Log, track, and manage defects.
- Work with development teams to ensure timely resolution of issues.
Compliance & Quality Assurance
Ensure FATCA rules and reporting requirements are correctly implemented.
Interface Testing
Test channel integrations for data consistency and performance.
Reporting and Stakeholder Management
- Attend daily standup calls and provide timely updates to the stakeholders
- Prepare and publish Daily status Report
- Manage UAT with Business users
Essential Skills
Core Banking Expertise
Strong experience in Temenos T24 (preferably Customer, Payment module (FT/TPH), Compliance
modules). Channels Experience
Strong experience in handling testing for channels such as Internet Banking, Mobile banking on Customer Onboarding, Payment modules, Oracle HRM
AML Application Experience
- Hands on experience in testing of AML Application such as Temenos FCM, Ingenuous Application
- Testing experience on different screening mechanisms for Customer, Payments (Domestic/International)
Testing Skills
Hands-on experience in functional, integration, and regression testing.
Domain Knowledge
Good understanding of AML banking processes.
Soft Skills
Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills
Experience
6–10 years of experience in banking application testing, with at least 3 years in T24.
Prior experience in AML Projects
