Required Skills & Experience
- 10+ years of experience in software testing with at least 5 years focused on test automation
- Strong expertise in Playwright and Selenium frameworks
- Experience designing and implementing automation frameworks from scratch
- Strong programming skills in at least one language (JavaScript, TypeScript, Python, Java)
- Extensive knowledge of testing methodologies, tools, and best practices
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, Azure DevOps, GitLab CI, etc.)
- Ability to mentor and lead technical teams
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with UiPath for RPA (Robotic Process Automation) testing
- Knowledge of API testing frameworks (Postman, RestAssured, etc.)
- Experience with performance testing tools
- Cloud platform experience (AWS, Azure, GCP)
- Experience in financial services or insurance industry
- Relevant certifications (ISTQB, etc.)
