About the Role:
We are looking for experienced Test Analysts / Senior Test Analysts with a strong background in Payments domain testing. The ideal candidate should have a solid understanding of payment schemes, hands-on experience with leading payments platforms, and exposure to both manual and automation testing tools and methodologies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and execute test scenarios, test cases, and test plans.
- Perform both manual and automation testing across payment products and platforms.
- Work closely with development, architecture, and other QA teams to ensure high-quality deliverables.
- Participate in defect review, defect life cycle management, and sprint planning activities.
- Ensure full compliance with Agile methodologies and deliverables.
- Document and report bugs using tools like JIRA or Bugzilla.
- Contribute to functional and technical documentation.
Technical Skills Must Have:
- 37 years of relevant experience in Payments Testing (ISO 20022, SWIFT, SEPA IP, SEPA CT/DD, UK FPS, CHAPS, BACS).
- Strong experience in Manual and Automation Testing.
- Hands-on experience with payment engines like Finastra GPP, Intellect iGTB, Fiserv, FIS, Oracle OBP, or Finzly.
- Automation tools expertise: Selenium, TestNG, HP UFT, SOAP UI, Postman, JMeter.
- Solid understanding of Agile methodology, Testing & Defect Life Cycle.
- Experience with Linux OS, RDBMS (Oracle, Postgres SQL, MSSQL), and NoSQL (MongoDB).
- Proficiency in JIRA for test management and defect tracking.
Technical Skills Good to Have:
- Experience with communication protocols like JMS, HTTP, SOAP, FTP.
- Exposure to IBM MQ, API Testing, and Payment Scheme Certification Testing.
