Job Description:
Job Responsibilities
- HIL Testing Execution: Lead the functional and integration testing for various automotive ECUs, specifically focusing on Powertrain, ADAS, and Body Control systems.
- Test Case Lifecycle: Responsible for the end-to-end development, maintenance, and execution of comprehensive test cases and scripts.
- Data Analysis & Reporting: Perform deep-dive analysis of test results and generate professional validation reports that highlight clear findings, potential risks, and actionable recommendations.
- Strategic Validation: Develop high-level test strategies and ensure that all testing processes are automated where possible to increase efficiency.
- Traceability Management: Maintain a rigorous link between requirements, test cases, and identified defects to ensure the project meets all compliance standards.
- Quality & Safety Oversight: Actively participate in design reviews and risk assessments, ensuring that all work adheres to strict automotive quality management and safety protocols.
Technical Toolset & Skills:
- dSPACE : Experience in dSPACE toolchain which includes Control Desk, Automation Desk, Model Desk, and Motion Desk.
- Automation Tools:Extensive experience using ECU-TEST for automated test execution and validation.
- Communication Protocols: Strong command of CANalyzer and CAN protocols; additional experience with Automotive Ethernet is considered a significant advantage.
- Diagnostic Expertise: Skilled in applying UDS diagnostic testing practices and interpreting diagnostic fault codes.
- Framework Development: Experience in building and optimizing test automation frameworks from the ground up.
- Programming & Scripting: Mandatory Python scripting for test automation
- Collaboration & Priorities: Able to work effectively with cross-functional teams and manage multiple priorities; proactive in coordinating with onsite and offshore resources.
