Roles and Responsibilities
- Experience working in a fast-paced environment and providing regional marketplace knowledge.
- Drive institutional sales in the assigned territory, ensuring consistent revenue growth.
- Leverage regional market knowledge to develop and execute sales strategies.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including decision-makers and influencers.
- Demonstrate leadership qualities, high personal standards, and professional ethics.
- Adapt quickly to changing market dynamics and make strategic decisions as needed.
- Utilize a lead by example management style to inspire and motivate the team.
- Communicate effectively to persuade, influence, and gain the confidence of clients and internal teams.
