Job Title : Senior Terraform Engineer

Key Responsibilities
- Infrastructure as Code (IaC): Design, deploy, and maintain scalable Terraform modules and configurations across multi-cloud environments (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
- Architecture & Strategy: Lead the development of infrastructure automation strategies and establish best practices for remote state management, modularization, and multi-environment setups.
- CI/CD Integration: Build, optimize, and maintain CI/CD pipelines to automate infrastructure provisioning, testing, and deployment workflows (e.g., via GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, or Jenkins).
- Governance & Security: Implement policy-as-code and cloud security guardrails, ensuring compliance, IAM best practices, and least-privilege access.
- Collaboration & Mentorship: Collaborate with development and operations teams to streamline deployment workflows, and mentor junior engineers on IaC standards.
- Observability & Troubleshooting: Configure centralized monitoring, logging, and performance instrumentation. Diagnose and resolve complex infrastructure incidents in production environments
Required Qualifications & Technical Skills
- Experience: 6 to 8+ years of total IT experience, with a minimum of 4+ years focused strictly on Terraform and IaC.
- Cloud Platforms: Deep hands-on production experience with at least one major cloud provider: AWS, Microsoft Azure, or GCP.
- Core Skills: Advanced understanding of Terraform Enterprise/Cloud (TFE/TFC), Terragrunt, and state management.
- Container Orchestration: Familiarity with managing containerized workloads and clusters using Kubernetes (EKS/AKS/GKE) and Docker.
- Scripting & Automation: Proficiency in scripting languages such as Python, Bash, or PowerShell.
- Version Control: Deep understanding of Git workflows, branching strategies, and CI/CD versioning.
- Soft Skills: Strong problem-solving, architectural design abilities, and communication skills
