Andromeda is looking for an experienced Banking Sales professional who is skilled in generating business for Personal Loans, Business Loans, Car Loans, Loan Against Property (LAP), Secured Loans, Unsecured Loans, and other banking loan products. The ideal candidate should have strong sales and business development skills, be able to generate leads, build customer relationships, and consistently achieve business targets.
The candidate will have the experience in Team Handling.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to customers and explain company loan products
- Understand customer needs and convert leads into successful sales
- Perform regular follow-ups with interested and existing customers
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships
- Update daily call reports and coordinate with the reporting manager
Eligibility Criteria
✓ 10th / 12th / Diploma / Any Degree can apply
✓ Freshers, experienced candidates, and career break candidates are welcome
✓ Good communication and convincing skills
✓ Basic knowledge of sales/customer handling is an added advantage
