Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound calls for IndiaMART and other business platforms.
• Understand customer requirements, qualify leads and coordinate quotations with the sales
• team.
• Follow up consistently to convert enquiries into confirmed orders.
• Maintain accurate lead records, call logs and follow-up schedules in CRM software.
• Build strong customer relationships and support repeat business.

What We Are Looking For

• Minimum 5 years of experience in telecalling, telesales or inside sales.
• Fluent Hindi with strong communication, persuasion and negotiation skills.
• Hands-on knowledge of telecalling software and CRM systems.
• Experience handling IndiaMART and other online platform enquiries.
• Proven lead conversion and customer relationship skills.
