• Make outbound calls to potential customers to drive sales.
• Identify customer needs and recommend suitable products/services.
• Follow up on leads and maintain a strong sales pipeline.
• Consistently achieve and exceed sales targets & KPIs.
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales activities.
• Handle customer inquiries and provide complete information.
• Collaborate with the sales team to boost overall performance.

Requirements:

• 2–5 years of proven sales experience.
• Excellent communication & persuasive skills.
• Strong negotiation and objection-handling skills.
• Target-driven and self-motivated approach.
