Role DescriptionThis is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Tele Sales Associate, based in New Delhi. In this role, the individual will be responsible for driving sales initiatives through telecommunication channels, meeting and exceeding targets, and nurturing client relationships. Day-to-day tasks include identifying potential leads, conducting outbound sales calls, providing detailed explanations of services, addressing client inquiries, and maintaining records of client interactions. The role also involves working closely with internal teams to support marketing efforts and optimize the sales process.
