Inspira Enterprise India Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a highly experienced and dynamic Senior Technology Consultant with deep expertise in Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD), Identity and Access Management (IAM), Identity Governance and Administration (IGA), and On-Premises Active Directory. This pivotal role involves leading complex IAM migration projects, designing robust security practices, developing automated provisioning solutions, and leveraging a suite of Microsoft security technologies to enhance enterprise security postures. You will also be responsible for mentoring a team, driving capability building, and managing multiple concurrent projects to successful delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Expert Consultancy & Implementation: Provide expert consultancy in the planning, implementation, and governance of Microsoft Entra ID, IGA, and On-Premises AD solutions for enterprise clients.
- IAM Migration Leadership: Lead critical IAM migration projects from legacy systems to Microsoft Entra ID, ensuring a smooth transition with minimal operational impact and business disruption.
- Security Best Practices: Design and enforce leading identity governance and security best practices, aligning them rigorously with organizational policies and crucial regulatory requirements.
- Automated Provisioning: Develop robust automated user provisioning solutions, including customized SCIM-based integrations, to significantly enhance identity lifecycle management processes.
- Enterprise Security Enhancement: Apply deep expertise in Conditional Access policies, Intune (MDM/MAM), Microsoft Defender for Endpoint, and Microsoft Purview (DLP & compliance controls) to strengthen the overall enterprise security posture.
- Complex Troubleshooting: Troubleshoot complex technical issues within identity and directory services environments, providing thorough root cause analysis and implementing long-term, sustainable solutions.
- Team Leadership & Mentorship: Mentor and lead a team of technology consultants and engineers, fostering a culture of technical excellence, continuous learning, and collaborative problem-solving.
- Capability Building: Drive internal capability-building initiatives through hands-on training sessions, interactive workshops, and structured upskilling programs focused on Microsoft identity and security technologies.
- Resource Management: Effectively manage team resources to ensure high-quality and timely delivery of solutions, ongoing support, and successful project outcomes.
- Client Collaboration: Collaborate closely with customers to understand their diverse business needs and deliver tailored solutions that seamlessly align with their digital transformation goals.
- Client Engagement & Knowledge Sharing: Conduct impactful client workshops, presentations, and knowledge sessions to effectively showcase Microsoft Entra capabilities and recommended best practices.
- Multi-Project Management: Manage and oversee multiple concurrent projects, ensuring successful delivery within defined scope, timeline, and budget constraints.
- Cross-Functional Coordination: Coordinate effectively with internal cross-functional teams, including Security, Infrastructure, and Compliance, for seamless end-to-end project execution.
- Comprehensive Documentation: Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including detailed plans, technical designs, implementation reports, and critical post-go-live support documentation.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Core Identity Expertise: Strong hands-on experience in Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD), IAM (Identity and Access Management), IGA (Identity Governance and Administration), and managing Active Directory infrastructure.
- Scripting & Automation: Proficient in scripting and automation for identity management tasks, particularly with PowerShell and SCIM-based integrations.
- Microsoft Security Stack: Sound understanding of Intune MDM/MAM (Mobile Device Management/Mobile Application Management), Microsoft Defender for Endpoint, and Microsoft Purview DLP (Data Loss Prevention) and compliance controls.
- Transformation Leadership: Demonstrated ability to lead complex IAM transformations in large-scale enterprise environments.
- Soft Skills: Strong leadership, project management, and excellent stakeholder communication skills (written and verbal).
- Certifications (Highly Desirable): Microsoft certifications such as SC-300 (Microsoft Identity and Access Administrator), SC-100 (Microsoft Cybersecurity Architect), AZ-500 (Microsoft Azure Security Technologies), or similar relevant industry certifications are highly desirable.
