We're looking for a Senior Technology Analyst who is passionate about backend engineering, enterprise databases, and solving complex technical challenges.
Role Summary
The Senior Technology Analyst is a technically deep, hands-on role responsible for the development and support of internally developed systems, data warehouse reporting, and back-end analysis of the Landmark platform and associated systems. This role serves as a key Subject Matter Expert across Landmark, the data warehouse, databases, and all internally built tooling, and plays a critical role in analysis and solution delivery.
Key Responsibilities
Software Development & Engineering
- Design, develop, and maintain internally developed systems using .NET
- Configure Landmark and systems built around it
- Develop and maintain reports using Ingres and SQL Server
- Build and support data extract pipelines for Finance, Central Trading, and third-party consumers
Level 3 Support & Analysis
- Provide Level 3 support and deep back-end analysis across Landmark, Data Warehouse, and internally developed systems
- Triage and resolve complex technical issues escalated from Level 1/2 support teams
- Perform root cause analysis and debugging across database and application layers
Business Analysis & Solution Design
- Lead discovery, requirements gathering, and test plan development for new business initiatives
- Produce detailed enhancement specifications for system improvements
- Collaborate with Operations, Finance, and Broadcast teams to define technical solutions
Documentation
- Maintain technical and functional documentation in Confluence
- Ensure solution designs, system architecture notes, and process guides are kept current
Key Skills & Experience
- 5+ years in a technology analyst, developer, or senior support engineering role
- Proficient in .NET development (C# preferred)
- Strong database skills — SQL Server and/or Ingres, including report development
- Proven experience with Landmark platform at an SME level
- Solid debugging and back-end analysis skills
- Experience with AWS services and cloud infrastructure
- Exposure to Data Warehouse architecture and administration
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent documentation skills (Confluence)
- Experience working in a media, broadcast, or advertising technology environment preferred
