Job Description
- Monitor & improve established process conditions to accomplish consistency.
- Help manager to develop, implement & enhance process monitoring philosophy.
- Help to execute product & process development trial & tests along with CFT.
- Support customer claim / claim investigation & resolution.
- Support production team in ensuring to achieve the operational targets as defined along with specific focus on product quality & consistency.
- Ensure daily technical analysis of process performance along with corrective actions.
- Assist operation team to evaluate the management of change
- Generation & sharing MIS
- Asist for reviewing previous year performance of the manufacturing areas to plan improvement projects / capex plans while preparing the yearly P&B formulation. Deliberate collaboration with operation team to reduce -

Preferred Experience
- Professional having Masters / Bachelor's degree in Textile Engineering from a reputed university having a proven track record in the respective field.
- 8 to10 years of working experience in technology function of manmade fiber manufacturing, preferably in fiber/yarn processing industry.
- Experience of working in production team with continuous processes and 24/7 shift rotation.
- Specific exposures in manmade /acrylic fiber and high temperature technology.
- Exposures and network in fiber/yarn processing and/or Carbon FIber and composite community (academic and professional)
