We are looking for a Senior Techno-Functional Consultant with strong expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central (BC) and Finance & Operations (F&O) to drive enterprise ERP transformation initiatives.

Role Overview:

This role requires a strong blend of functional consulting, technical development, and client-facing implementation experience across D365 Business Central and Finance & Operations environments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end D365 BC & F&O implementations

• Translate business requirements into scalable ERP solutions

• Work on Cloud (SaaS) and On-Premise environments

• Develop/customize using AL (Business Central) & X++ (F&O)

• Manage integrations using APIs, OData, and Azure services

• Conduct client workshops, solution design, and user training

• Support data migration, SIT/UAT, deployment, and go-live activities

• Mentor junior consultants and collaborate with cross-functional teams

Must-Have Skills:

• 8+ years of D365 BC & F&O techno-functional experience

• Strong ERP business process understanding (Finance, SCM, Sales)

• Hands-on development experience in:

• AL Extensions (Business Central)
• X++ (D365 F&O)
• • Experience in SaaS/Cloud & On-Premise implementations
• • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills

Good-to-Have:

• Power Platform & Azure integration experience

• Team leadership & consulting mindset

• Microsoft Certifications (MB-800 / MB-300 / MB-500)

• Multi-domain ERP implementation exposure
