Role Description
This is a full-time on-site position for a Senior Technician - BMW for Ranchi, Patna and Guwahati. In this role, you will conduct diagnostics, troubleshooting, and repair of BMW vehicles while ensuring top-notch quality and adhering to manufacturer standards. You will be responsible for performing preventive maintenance, inspecting vehicles, and addressing mechanical or technical issues. You will collaborate with team members, utilize advanced tools and diagnostic equipment, and maintain accurate service records, contributing to a seamless customer service experience.
Qualifications
- Strong expertise in automotive diagnostics, troubleshooting, and mechanical repair
- Proficiency in using advanced diagnostic tools and equipment specific to BMW vehicles
- Knowledge of preventive maintenance processes and adherence to manufacturer standards
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate service documentation
- Strong problem-solving skills and a commitment to delivering exceptional customer service
- Ability to work in a collaborative on-site environment
- Relevant technical certifications and prior experience with luxury car brands, especially BMW, are highly preferred
- Candidates with all German brand experience will be preferred.
