Position: Senior Technician
Experience Required:312 years in the Elevator & Lifts Industry

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Assemble, install, repair, and maintain home elevators.
- Review blueprints or technical specifications to plan and execute tasks.
- Test newly installed elevators to ensure proper performance and compliance with standards.
- Maintain and repair mechanical components and equipment.
- Perform electrical wiring work and troubleshoot electronic systems.
- Maintain accurate logbooks for repairs, inspections, and maintenance.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and building codes.
- Communicate effectively in English, Hindi, and regional languages (preferred).
- Maintain professionalism, discipline, and a clean work environment.
- Take additional responsibilities as required.
- Demonstrate quick learning ability and work efficiently as part of a team.
Candidate Profile:
- Strong technical expertise in elevator systems.
- Good knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and electronic components.
- Self-motivated, polite, and customer-oriented.
- Strong problem-solving skills and adaptability.
