EXPECTATIONS AND TASKS
- Creating clear, accurate, and structured content for technical/admin and end user audiences
- Hands-on experience in creating and maintaining technical documentation, including user guides, API or system documentation, and release notes
- Proficiency with DITA authoring tools
- Ability to collaborate closely with engineering, product, and support teams
