Senior Technical Writer

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Prepare High-Level Design (HLD), Low-Level Design (LLD), Product Requirement Documents (PRD), and Root Cause Analysis (RCA) reports.
• Develop technical presentations, solution blueprints, and API documentation.
• Maintain consistency in documentation standards and adhere to established style guides.
• Collaborate closely with technical teams to gather and verify information for accuracy and completeness.
• Utilize documentation platforms such as Confluence, SharePoint, and Box for content management and collaboration.
• Ensure high-quality content creation that aligns with organizational objectives and technical requirements.
