At Fortanix, we're redefining cloud security by enabling customers to build and run applications with a higher level of protection than traditional approaches allow. We're looking for a Senior Technical Writer who can create clear, accurate, and user-focused documentation, while taking increasing ownership in a structured, agile environment.

- Partner closely with Engineering, Product, and Support teams to ensure documentation explains not just how features work, but also why they exist and how customers should use them
- Plan, draft, review, and publish documentation updates, independently handling standard work and collaborating on more complex topics
- Go beyond procedural writing by clearly explaining concepts, use cases, and design decisions
- Identify gaps, inconsistencies, and outdated content, and proactively improve documentation quality
- Contribute to and evolve the information architecture to ensure content is easy to navigate and scale
- Create UI text, in-product help, developer documentation, and supporting materials
