As a Senior Technical Support Specialist for Treasury Applications, you will play a pivotal role in maintaining and evolving key Treasury systems such as Trax, Multibank, Quantum, and ICE. Your daily contributions will ensure data integrity, improve operational efficiency, and support compliance across our global Treasury network.
Primary Responsibilities
- Provide expert-level support and incident management for Treasury applications and associated SharePoint sites, ensuring timely resolution and minimal disruption.
- Act as liaison between the internal Treasury team and external application vendors to address and resolve technical issues effectively.
- Oversee and administer access rights management, enforcing compliance with audit standards such as the 4-eyes principle, while managing changes and release cycles with minimal impact on operations.
- Configure and maintain Multibank data interfaces, facilitate testing initiatives with banking partners, deliver tailored training sessions, and support comprehensive documentation and process sign-offs.
- Handle SharePoint site administration for Treasury and Trade Finance teams, ensuring optimal configuration, security, and user assistance.
- Manage SWIFT server operations including upgrades, monitoring, restarts, disaster recovery preparations, and troubleshooting of critical file transfers.
- Supervise recurring data management tasks such as monthly foreign exchange uploads, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Serve as system administrator for portfolio Treasury applications (Trax, Quantum, ICE, Multibank), supporting configuration, troubleshooting, and continuous improvement efforts.
- Collaborate on innovative projects including chatbot developments and the automation of banking processes like letters of credit notices to enhance operational capabilities.
- Work in close partnership with Treasury stakeholders to drive adoption, user engagement, and ongoing performance improvements of Treasury IT solutions.
- Champion change management initiatives and oversee release processes, prioritizing seamless implementation and business continuity.

To succeed, you will need
Essential Qualifications and Skills
- Minimum of 5 years experience supporting IT applications within the Treasury domain, preferably in complex, multi-location organizations.
- Strong familiarity with Treasury processes and IT best practices including ITIL framework adherence.
- Demonstrated project management and business analysis skills.
- Expertise in Treasury Management Systems such as Trax, Quantum, Multibank, and ICE, including system administration and configuration.
- Proficiency in managing SWIFT infrastructure and associated operational tasks.
- Experience with compliance standards and audit readiness, including segregation of duties and access control policies.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities coupled with strong communication skills to effectively translate technical concepts to diverse stakeholders.
- University degree or equivalent professional experience ITIL Foundation certification is advantageous.
