Job purpose:
Support the planning, implementation, and maintenance of the organization's IT infrastructure, ensuring high availability, security, and efficiency of systems and networks.
Who you are:
- 6-10 years of experience as the senior technical member of IT team, ensuring smooth daily IT operations.
- BE/ B.Tech/ MCA/ Diploma in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
- Manage on-premises & cloud infra (VMware, AWS, Azure) including provisioning, patching, backup, and recovery.
- Administer and secure AD, firewalls, VPNs, endpoint protection, and email systems.
- Drive automation of IT tasks and process improvements.
- Work on operational activities: incident management, service requests, change management, asset inventory.
- Collaborate with DevOps team on 20% of tasks (automation, cloud infra integration, CI/CD support)
- Ensure compliance with ISO 27001, SOC2, and internal IT policies.
- Provide technical mentoring to junior IT engineers.
- Prepare IT documentation, SOPs, and audit reports.

- Industry certifications preferred: AWS/Azure Associate/Professional, RHCE, CCNA/CCNP, ITIL.
- Infrastructure & Systems: Strong Linux & Windows administration, VMware/ESXi, Active Directory, patching.
- Networking: LAN/WAN, VPN, firewalls (Sophos, Fortinet), load balancers.
- Cloud Platforms: Hands-on with AWS & Azure provisioning, monitoring, backup/DR.
- Automation & Scripting: Python, Bash, or PowerShell for IT task automation.
- Security & Compliance: Exposure to ISO 27001:2022, SOC2, GDPR standards.
- Monitoring & Tools: Ticketing systems (Jira/ITDesk), SIEM/log servers (Splunk, ELK, Wazuh), asset management.
- Soft Skills: Strong problem-solving, documentation, and cross-team collaboration.
