Senior Technical Specialist

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and manage operations of the technical support team at the Network Assistance Center.
• Provide specialized automotive technical guidance and diagnostic support to the Mercedes-Benz network using the latest digital tools.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams on technical topics across the full range of Mercedes-Benz passenger vehicles.
• Continuously update skills and knowledge through training to stay current with industry trends and advancements.
• Support workshops in resolving technical issues efficiently.
• Deliver diagnostic content in a timely and quality-driven manner.
• Communicate and coordinate effectively with various stakeholders.
