Key Responsibilities

Provide strategic vision and direction to the product owner and scrum team throughout the product lifecycle.

Develop and manage product roadmaps through working and aligning with multiple stakeholders and prioritize short term deliverables.

Manage scope, balance tradeoffs, define goals, set priorities and oversee a backlog of features from story to acceptance throughout the Agile software development lifecycle.

Keep stakeholders and cross functional teams informed on product status and lead product release plans, setting expectations for new functionalities.

Collaborate with engineering team and product owners on detailed and complex requirements with a solid technical understanding.

Provide active leadership in mitigating impediments, ensuring governance for change management, leading adjustments to the plan, and managing dependencies to facilitate successful completion of Release Sprint Goals.

Skills and Experience

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or a similar field.

5+ years of experience in Technical Product Management, Product Owner or related roles.

Strong understanding of software development, specifically in the areas like cloud-based infrastructure and data management technologies, API and back-end services, AI or analytics.

Familiarity with Product Management tools e.g., Aha!, Azure DevOps, Jira.

Comfortable with a multi-stakeholder environment, creating consensus, and making timely decisions as needed.

A high degree of analytical, quantitative, and problem-solving skills.

Strong communication skills and well organized.

Experience with Agile practices and principles.

Familiarity with working on PaaS or SaaS products.
