Job Description

Qualifications: BEB.Tech or equivalent

Key Skills: SQL, PLSQL/TSQL, Python, PySpark, Azure Cloud Services, Datawarehouse skills.

Detailed JD:

Be able to Design and Develop Solutions to address the customer data analytical problems.
Be able to Design and Develop solutions to meet customer functional and non-functional requirements.
Be able to provide technical direction and lead a group of one or more Data Engineers to address a customer problem.
Be able to Create and review Solution Design artifacts.
Be able to Develop re-usable Solution/code while implementing for customers.
Enforce adherence to design standards/principles, global product-specific guidelines, usability design standards, etc.
Proactively provide guidance on engineering methodologies, standards, and leading practices
Provide insight and direction on roles and responsibilities required for solution operations.
Identify, communicate, and mitigate Risks, Assumptions, Issues and Decisions throughout full lifecycle.
Define conceptual High-Level and Low-Level Data Models to address customer analytical needs.
Review design to make sure design is aligned with Architecture.
Lead performance tuning, engineering, and capacity planning exercises for Databases and DWs
Help Project Manager in identifying key technical risks and mitigation plan for the same.
Help Project Manager in effort estimation and planning.
Be able to work with Pre-Sales team to help with Efforts and risks.

Considers the art of the possible, compares various architectural options based on feasibility and impact, and proposes actionable plans.
Demonstrates strong analytical and technical problem-solving skills.
Ability to analyse and operate at various levels of Implementations.
Ability to balance what is strategically right with what is practically realistic and possible.
Be soft spoken and proficient in communicating the challenges to Internal stake holders and customers.

Excellent technical Design / Development skills, enabling the creation of future-proof, complex solutions.
Excellent interpersonal communication and organizational skills that are required to operate as a leading member of distributed teams that deliver quality solutions.
Ability to rapidly gain knowledge of the organizational structure of the firm to facilitate work with groups outside of the immediate technical team.
Familiar with solution implementation, operations, estimations, etc.
Maintains close awareness of new and emerging technologies and their potential application for service offerings and products.

Technical Requirements:

Should have Strong Developing, Designing, Database skills for the below Databases.
Should have Very Strong knowledge on PL SQL Programming
Should have very strong knowledge on Python / Scala
Should have very strong knowledge on PySpark / Scala Spark
Should have strong Data Modelling skills.
Should be able to model the DB for Various business functional datasets.
Should be proficient at All the Data handling services of Azure,

Good to have knowledge on the below.

Certification Requirements:

Candidate must either have Microsoft Certified: Azure Solutions Architect Expert (AZ-305) or Microsoft Certified : Azure Data Engineer Associate (DP-203) certification or obtain within the first 90 days of employment
