Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru South for a Senior Technical Sales Specialist. The role involves actively engaging with prospective customers to understand their technical and business needs and providing suitable solutions from Simplilearn's portfolio. Key responsibilities include conducting product demonstrations, managing technical inquiries, offering pre-sales technical support, working closely with the sales team to strategize and close deals, and maintaining strong customer relations to ensure customer satisfaction.

Qualifications
  • Experience in Technical Sales and Sales with a strong ability to present technical solutions effectively to prospective clients.
  • Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to engage with clients, address queries, and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Proficiency in Technical Support, understanding of technical concepts, and ability to explain them to a non-technical audience.
  • Proven problem-solving skills, adaptability to new technologies, and a results-driven mindset.
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is preferred but not mandatory; prior experience in a similar role is highly valued.
