Drive sales and expand business for Omicron's instrumentation product portfolio, including Pressure, Temperature, Level, HVAC/BMS, Air Quality, and Water Quality sensors.
Establish and maintain strong relationships with HVAC and BMS consultants, contractors, OEMs, and end-users to achieve sustainable business growth.
Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics to strategically position Omicron's products.
Manage the complete sales cycle, including lead generation, quotation preparation, negotiations, and order closure.
Participate in client meetings, site visits, and industry events to explore new business opportunities.
Supervise and mentor technical sales engineers to enhance team performance.
Represent Omicron at trade shows, conferences, and marketing events to strengthen brand presence.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely order execution, delivery, and after-sales support, ensuring customer satisfaction.
Requirements
BE/BTech or Diploma in Electronics or Instrumentation.
Excellent English communication and interpersonal skills.
Proven experience in the HVAC and/or BMS industries.
Demonstrated experience in selling instrumentation and sensor products.
