Drive sales of HVAC & BMS Sensors including Temperature Sensors, Differential & Static Pressure, Water quality, Air Velocity, Water Flow / Ultrasonic Flow, Level Sensors, and BTU Meters.
Identify and develop business with consultants, contractors, system integrators, OEMs, and end users.
Prepare and follow up on quotations, tenders, and project pipelines.
Maintain strong customer relationships and track project opportunities.
Monitor competitor products, pricing, and market strategies.
Submit timely daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.
Requirement
Degree/Diploma in Mechanical/Electrical/Electronics Engineering.
46 years experience in HVAC/BMS product sales and working with HVAC and BMS consultants.
Excellent communication, negotiation, an presentation skills.
