We are seeking a Senior Technical Sales Engineer to join our team in Vizag. This role requires a combination of technical expertise and sales acumen to effectively engage with clients and deliver tailored solutions that meet their needs.
Responsibilities
- Engage with clients to understand their technical requirements and provide tailored solutions.
- Conduct product demonstrations and technical presentations to showcase product capabilities.
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies for customer acquisition and retention.
- Assist in the preparation of technical proposals and quotations for clients.
- Provide post-sales support and technical assistance to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Stay updated with industry trends and competitor products to inform sales strategies.
- Participate in trade shows and industry conferences to promote products.
Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Computer Science, Electronics, or related field)
- 7-12 years of experience in technical sales or a similar role
- Strong understanding of technical concepts and ability to communicate them effectively
- Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) software
- Proficiency in creating technical documentation and proposals
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Problem-solving skills and a customer-oriented mindset
