Key Responsibilities
- End-to-end US IT recruitment (Sourcing Screening Submission Closure)
- Work on MSP/VMS & ATS and Direct Client requirements
- Handle C2C, W2, Full-time hiring
- Deliver quality & quick submissions
- Conduct basic technical screening
- Own daily/weekly targets
Requirements
- 3+ years US IT recruitment (recent MSP/VMS experience required)
- Strong knowledge of C2C, W2, Full-time models
- Experience with ATS/MSP portals
- Good technical screening ability
- Excellent communication skills
- Comfortable with US shift
