We are looking for an experienced Senior Recruiter with strong expertise in the UAE/GCC market to join our growing team.
Key Requirements:
- Proven experience recruiting for the UAE/GCC market
- Strong understanding of GCC hiring practices, labour market trends, and recruitment lifecycle
- Expertise in sourcing through LinkedIn Recruiter, job portals, databases, referrals, and networking
- Experience managing end-to-end recruitment including sourcing, screening, interview coordination, offer management, and onboarding
- Strong negotiation, candidate engagement, and relationship-building skills
- Experience working with ATS, recruitment metrics, and reporting
- Ability to independently manage candidate pipelines and deliver against hiring targets
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Candidates with consultancy/staffing experience and a proven track record of successful UAE placements will be highly preferred.
