Role Overview:
As a Talent Acquisition Specialist - IT Recruiter at SolarSquare Energy, you will be responsible for driving the end-to-end recruitment process for technical roles across the organization. You will partner closely with hiring managers and business leaders to understand their talent needs, develop effective sourcing strategies, and build a strong pipeline of qualified candidates. Your efforts will directly contribute to building a high-performing technology team that drives innovation and supports SolarSquare Energy's growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for technical positions, from sourcing to offer acceptance, ensuring a positive candidate experience.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to define job requirements, develop job descriptions, and establish effective selection criteria.
- Proactively source candidates through various channels, including online job boards, social media, professional networks, and employee referrals.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial phone screenings to assess candidate qualifications and cultural fit.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and interview teams.
- Conduct behavioral and technical interviews to evaluate candidate skills and experience.
- Manage the offer process, including negotiating compensation packages and extending offers of employment.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates and hiring managers.
- Participate in campus recruitment activities to attract top talent from leading universities.
- Track and analyze recruitment metrics to identify areas for improvement and optimize the recruitment process.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition.
Required Skillset:
- Proven ability to source, screen, and assess technical talent across various IT domains.
- Strong understanding of technical skills and technologies relevant to the renewable energy industry.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Demonstrated ability to build strong relationships with candidates and hiring managers.
- Experience in managing the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing to offer acceptance.
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools.
- Experience with campus hiring initiatives and building relationships with universities.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities.
- 4-6 years of experience in Talent Acquisition, with a focus on technical recruiting.
