About the Role
We are looking for a high-impact Senior Technical Recruiter to support hiring across DynPro's US business, internal teams, and exciting client-facing projects.
This is a senior individual contributor role, not a people-management role. It is ideal for a hands-on recruiter who wants senior-level ownership, strong earning potential, and the ability to drive meaningful hiring outcomes without moving into a management track.
The ideal candidate is a highly tech-savvy recruiter with strong experience hiring for modern technology, consulting, and go-to-market roles. This person should be comfortable partnering with hiring managers, delivery leaders, client stakeholders, and internal business teams to identify, engage, and close top talent across areas such as AI, data, Salesforce, cloud, ERP, integrations, product, engineering, sales, customer success, and delivery.
This role requires someone who understands US recruiting, can operate confidently in PST hours, and can move fast in a high-performance environment where quality, speed, ownership, and communication matter.
Responsibilities
- Own full-cycle recruiting for US-based roles across internal DynPro teams and client projects.
- Recruit for highly technical and specialized roles across AI, machine learning, data engineering, analytics, Salesforce, cloud, ERP, integrations, product, engineering, and enterprise consulting.
- Support GTM hiring across sales, customer success, business development, account management, and related commercial roles.
- Partner closely with hiring managers, delivery leaders, sales leaders, and talent leadership to understand role requirements, hiring priorities, timelines, and candidate profiles.
- Build strong sourcing strategies using LinkedIn Recruiter, Dice, JobDiva, AI sourcing tools, job boards, referrals, market mapping, and direct outreach.
- Identify, engage, qualify, and present high-quality candidates for contract, contract-to-hire, and full-time requirements.
- Manage candidate pipelines with strong attention to follow-up, documentation, communication, and urgency.
- Conduct detailed screening conversations to assess technical fit, communication skills, compensation expectations, availability, location, work authorization, and motivation.
- Support hiring across multiple DynPro business areas and client needs wherever US hiring demand exists.
- Maintain strong ATS discipline in JobDiva and ensure candidate, client, and hiring manager updates are accurate and timely.
- Partner with internal stakeholders to improve hiring velocity, candidate quality, submission-to-interview ratios, and offer closures.
- Stay current on technology hiring trends, US talent market conditions, compensation benchmarks, and sourcing best practices.
- Represent DynPro professionally in every candidate interaction and help create a strong candidate experience.
Qualifications
- 5–12 years of recruiting experience, with strong exposure to US technology hiring.
- Proven success as a hands-on recruiter supporting technical, consulting, delivery, and/or GTM roles.
- Strong understanding of technology hiring across areas such as AI, data, Salesforce, cloud, ERP, integrations, software engineering, analytics, and enterprise platforms.
- Experience recruiting for both internal corporate roles and client-driven project requirements.
- Comfortable working in PST hours and supporting US stakeholders.
- Must be local to the Chandigarh, India office and available for a flexible hybrid schedule.
- Strong sourcing experience using LinkedIn Recruiter, Dice, JobDiva, job boards, Boolean search, AI recruiting tools, and direct outreach.
- Ability to understand technical job descriptions and translate them into effective sourcing and screening strategies.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to work directly with hiring managers, delivery teams, and business stakeholders.
- High ownership mindset with the ability to manage multiple roles, priorities, candidates, and deadlines at once.
- Strong negotiation, candidate engagement, and closing skills.
- Comfortable working independently as a senior IC in a fast-moving recruiting environment.
- Strong attention to detail, follow-through, and pipeline discipline.
Preferred Skills
- Experience hiring for IT services, consulting, staffing, systems integration, or technology solutions environments.
- Experience recruiting for Salesforce, data engineering, AI / ML, cloud, ERP, integration, managed services, and enterprise transformation roles.
- Experience supporting US client hiring across multiple time zones, especially PST.
- Strong knowledge of US work authorization categories, employment types, and candidate availability considerations.
- Prior success working in commission-driven or performance-based recruiting environments.
- Familiarity with AI-enabled sourcing, automation tools, and modern recruiting workflows.
- Ability to support both niche technical hiring and high-priority GTM roles.
