Job Description

Responsibilities:

Design and execute a comprehensive recruitment strategy for all designated accounts.

Collaborate with internal teams (Sales, Account Management) to create an integrated recruitment plan.

Assist in the development and execution of new recruiting processes and tools.

Take ownership of the recruitment life cycle, build and maintain a robust talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.

Developing and implementing targeted recruitment strategies to source top talent in niche areas. Building and maintaining strong relationships with Talent, understanding their specific needs and providing them with exceptional service.

Meet or exceed weekly and monthly expectations.

Analyze recruiting data and metrics to identify areas for self-improvement.

Responsible for ensuring system adherence and compliance.

Assist new hires or junior recruiters, providing guidance and insights to help them develop their recruitment skills and succeed in their roles.

Requirement

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related discipline.

Demonstrate specialized recruitment experience in a specific line of business or industry - act as a Subject Matter Expert

At least 6-10 years of recruitment experience, demonstrating a successful history of managing high-volume placements.

In-depth understanding of recruitment best practices, along with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
